Pros
The boss is very nice, lunch is provided, and some colleagues and supervisors are also quite nice.
Cons
Some policies are overly burdensome and seem somewhat unnecessary, and employee training is incomplete.
For some things, you have to ask yourself; there is no complete set of rules or guidelines to refer to.
