For a design interview, you actually have to take an IQ test? It is also packed with mathematical questions requiring logical thinking. For such a large company, is it really so easy for HR to just use the same method for every position?

They said the IQ test and personal information form would take 20 minutes, but I ended up waiting for an hour before the interviewer finally came over at a leisurely pace. They wasted my time and barely said a word. They were extremely cold from beginning to end. Apparently, a job seeker’s time doesn’t count as time. If they show this much disrespect from the interview onward, I can’t imagine the company being much better.
