The interviewer was talkative, and the benefits and job responsibilities were explained very clearly. Brunch is provided, along with a fitness subsidy.

There may not necessarily be year-end or the three traditional holiday bonuses, but the reasons for my negative review are as follows:

The interview process was initial interview → take-home written test → second interview. After I completed and sent in the written test, I never received any further response—not even a reply to my email proactively asking about the result. (It shouldn’t take more than a few minutes to send a polite boilerplate message, right?)

Although it is common not to receive any notice after an interview, if you ask interviewees to spend time completing a written test, shouldn’t you at least give them a response regardless of whether they are hired? Seeing several job seekers on Interview Fun also say that they heard nothing after the written test makes me rather suspicious that the company is collecting ideas for free. (Even if they do not use an entire submission, they could still gain inspiration from seeing so many different creative ideas.)

If you do not want to risk putting effort into a written test and then hearing nothing, I recommend not wasting your time interviewing with this company.
