Pros
Companies that people go out of their way to review usually have something “special” about them—for example, communicating loudly, so that everyone can learn from mistakes and improve together.
Cons
Simply flawless. Even after resigning, I still couldn’t forget to come back and leave a review, hoping to leave the best opportunities to even more outstanding and exceptional talent.
