Pros
1. Everyone is very nice, and people from different departments get along well without scheming against one another.
2. The managers all take good care of their subordinates.
3. After changing owners, everything has complied with the Labor Standards Act (mainland Chinese owners are afraid of breaking the law).
Cons
The company’s systems are very weak and not electronic at all; all approvals are done on paper.
