The interview with the female associate manager at this company was absolutely appalling. She clearly hadn’t looked at my résumé beforehand and asked random questions, all of which were highly aggressive, such as: “How long do you think you’ll be able to work here?” “You said you want a stable job, so I guess you’re unwilling to work overtime?” “So what if your previous work experience is relevant?” Although the job posting clearly listed a salary range, when I brought it up during the interview, it was immediately rejected. She flatly said, “There’s no way I’d offer that salary for this position.” (Then is your listing on 104 a scam?) Overall, you could really feel the bureaucracy, as well as the arrogance and unreasonable behavior of the managers above her. I strongly advise everyone not to even go to the interview—why bother? To clarify, this interview was for the branch on Chongqing South Road in Zhongzheng District. For everyone’s reference, thank you.
