If I really had to name some pros... I guess the salary is a little higher than administrative jobs elsewhere (but only when the substantial perfect-attendance bonus is included).
Also, occasionally, when the boss is in a good mood, they treat everyone to a meal.
1. The boss absolutely loves verbally abusing people, with all kinds of verbal humiliation and personal attacks, for example: “You piece of trash. All you can do is eat, drink, urinate, and defecate—what else can you do?” “A person like you could never get married in your entire life. Who would dare marry you?” (And the premise for saying these things is that you genuinely did nothing wrong; the boss is simply in a bad mood.)
2. The boss takes all kinds of anger out on employees. It is not the employee’s fault or problem; in any case, employees are blamed for everything.
The customer does not pay > blames the administrative assistant for failing to collect the debt
The customer pays late > blames the administrative assistant for letting the customer pay so late
Errors in the construction drawings > blames the workers for not knowing how to adapt
The workers change the construction method > blames the workers for making changes to the project arbitrarily because they thought they were right
3. The turnover rate is extremely high! It would not be surprising to see three people replaced in one month.
4. The boss personally engages in usury, so they often have disputes with people. Many people come to the company to cause trouble, and there are plenty of lawsuits. There is even an entire binder specifically for storing various court documents. (In short, this is definitely not an environment where you can work with peace of mind.)
Overall, I think this company is absolutely terrible! And what era are we living in? They still use handwritten documents, so the efficiency is incredibly poor.
