Pros
There is an aptitude test and a translation test, which take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
After completing them, you first have an interview with the supervisor to learn more about the position. After speaking with the supervisor, someone from HR will explain the job, salary, compensation, and so on.
It feels like they are genuinely making an effort to get to know the employees’ backgrounds.
Cons
Although national holidays are days off, taking flexible consecutive leave is not possible.
There was a dead cockroach in the interview space...
