The systems are not well established. The engineering department handles maintenance and integration, but quotations and business processes are very slow, pricing is not transparent, and prices are expensive.
The salary is low. The company prioritizes sales, while technical staff are treated as maintenance personnel and have no decision-making authority.
The products are not particularly good either. The engineering department is constantly out and about.
Not recommended for newcomers. It is suitable for coasting until retirement. +
