Initially, because of other reviews, I didn’t want to go to this interview (for an English administrative secretary position), but I went anyway. Personally, I did not encounter any disrespectful behavior; it was just an ordinary interview experience. People looking for a job can still give it a try. As a fresh graduate, I asked for a salary of 35K at the time, and the interviewer said it was okay. There was also no overtime.
There was an inexplicable sense of pressure, and there was zero interaction among the colleagues. The HR lady also spoke in a flat and rigid manner. The office was new and clean, but felt cold and impersonal. In addition, the position was urgently needed because the previous employee had resigned after finding the pressure too great. Personally, I was not considering a job where they were in such a hurry to have someone start, so I declined the offer.
