The company is small, the boss is easy to communicate with, and everyone is like one big family. As long as we communicate, there aren’t many major problems. We regularly have group dinners and trips. Unless we’re really rushing to meet a deadline, even though I left a long time ago, the boss often invites us graduates out for meals and takes us on outings together.

At work, I didn’t receive overtime pay, but bonuses were based on the number of projects, so it depended on what kinds of projects you could handle. The design industry is competitive to begin with, but if you have the ability, you don’t need to worry. The projects are diverse, allowing you to build many basic skills and a portfolio, which is very helpful when looking for your next job. Everyone cleans the workplace together, so whether it’s clean or dirty depends on the individual—after all, I’m here to work.

The projects are relatively rushed, so you need to work quickly.
