Can train your speed at creating graphics
At first, I was hired as a graphic designer, but later they said I was more suited to being an e-commerce assistant, so I came to work in that position instead. However, after I joined the company, because there was no supervisor for this position, I was asked to first help with the graphic designer’s work, such as background removal and image creation.
No one leaves on time when the workday ends. There is no overtime pay, and you can see that they work overtime every day.
The graphic design duties are too miscellaneous. Besides the basic background removal and image creation, I also had to handle data for the shopping platform, create the images needed by the shopping platform, and come up with scripts for filming and editing. They treat the graphic designer as an all-purpose employee.
The company has many senior employees who have worked there for 5–10 years or more.
The younger people in the graphic designer position seem to be replaced frequently.
The company is a family business, and the managers are very businesslike and two-faced. What they say publicly is completely different from what they say privately.
