I stayed for quite a long time, and both the internal environment and my colleagues were great. When projects were sometimes particularly rushed, colleagues would cover for one another, and afterward we would go out for late-night snacks together. Over the past two years, I learned many practical digital operation skills. The boss also treated employees fairly humanely. In addition to holding birthday celebrations and giving gifts, the company also had a relaxation day every month, when someone was brought in to provide free massages at the office. The compensation and benefits were also quite good. It is one of the few former employers I still miss.

Looking back after leaving, everything was actually fine. The only people who annoyed me were the clients.
