Senior designer positions have high turnover. Employees are often replaced after completing just a few small projects, allowing the company to save on personnel costs while also creating a tense work atmosphere that keeps the remaining employees on edge and working hard.

The boss will use reasons such as insufficient ability, poor aesthetic sense, or being unable to create a motivating atmosphere to pressure senior designers into resigning or accepting a demotion and pay cut (even if you accept the demotion and pay cut, the boss will still find a reason to dismiss you).

After leaving the company, your wages will be withheld, and you will have to personally pursue payment.
