Pros
The boss is willing to give you opportunities—as long as you’re willing to work. He’s truly a good boss; just don’t slack off, and do what you’re supposed to do.
Cons
It’s a small company. The main issue is that there are no clients for you to maintain; you have to develop everything yourself. Evaluating enterprise projects makes it more difficult to achieve results in this area.
