Pros

I did not go to work there, so I am not in a position to comment on the job benefits and compensation. However, this is the first company I have encountered that notified me of a start date and then later told me I had not been hired. The reason given was that I had failed the English oral interview. I am absolutely certain this was not the real reason. Although I applied for an international sales position, I have also worked as an interpreter and translator, and I spent ten years of my upbringing in the United States, so English is basically my native language. It could not possibly have been because of my English. Moreover, they had already notified me of my start date and only asked me to take an English oral interview afterward. At the time, I thought it could not possibly be an issue, so I canceled interviews for other jobs. Then they told me I had failed the English oral interview? I believe they found someone they considered more suitable who was willing to take the job, but did not know how to turn me down, so they made up an excuse. I think this company is extremely unprofessional—its methods are despicable, and it is not a company that can be trusted. Even if the situation I described above had occurred, they could simply have been honest with me. Although I would have been unhappy, I would not have made things difficult for the company. Instead, they casually came up with an excuse, claiming that I had failed the English oral interview, to fob me off. I think that was utterly vile and shameless. This is truly the first time I have ever encountered a situation like this.
