I am a former employee of Aret, and some of the criticisms below are simply untrue. If you have a good basic work attitude and are willing to learn seriously, I believe you can thrive anywhere. Moreover, the company environment and atmosphere are great, and the relationships between the boss and colleagues are very pleasant. The company also regularly provides many benefits and activities. This place may not be suitable for people who only nitpick, are not good at interpersonal relationships, or dislike major changes. But if you genuinely want to learn, this is a very good choice for you.
The boss is very particular about work and expects everything to be done to the highest standard…..
