Pros
1. The boss values carrying out orders; every order given must be fulfilled to accomplish the mission, regardless of any sacrifice.
2. He does not like explaining, believing that he has far more experience than the interviewee, and that they should come back to discuss it after gaining several years of experience.
3. He likes to persuade: he likes to use principles that the boss believes are right to persuade the interviewee, but deep down feels that they cannot agree.
