Seems like there aren't any.
But for an administrative sales assistant, the salary is not low for southern Taiwan.
Sales assistant:
The company's plant operations supervisor has a high error rate.
But it ends up becoming your problem.
Because the boss and HR will say it's your problem and ask why you didn't check everything carefully.
(But basically, those errors have nothing to do with you.)
Anyway, no matter how well you do your job, if someone else makes a mistake, it's your fault.
The plant operations supervisor never responds to work-related inquiries and has a bad attitude.
Unless you're thick-skinned enough to pester him relentlessly.
The boss's wife and the office staff are all in the office together.
If you don't handle a phone call well, they will immediately correct you after you hang up and tell you how you should have responded to the call.
There is also a phone etiquette SOP.
They make a big deal about leaving work on time, but if the boss's wife is still in the office, no one dares to leave.
On Fridays, the lunch break is fixed at 30 minutes, and employees are supposed to leave half an hour early.
But no one leaves on time (because they don't dare); everyone drags it out until nearly the usual quitting time.
So that half hour is effectively stolen.
You have to clean every day before work, and you can only turn on the air conditioning after cleaning (by then, it's almost unbearably hot).
Overall, this workplace is more suitable for you if you have a strong heart and thick skin.
