Pros
The boss is strict but very wise, willing to listen to employees’ opinions and provide guidance patiently and thoughtfully.
The atmosphere in the small company is harmonious, and the year-end banquet offers generous food and accommodations.
Cons
The pace is fast and the pressure is high, making the office atmosphere tense.
