Workplace reviews and discussion: 方美方科技有限公司

Work attire can be very casual; you just can’t wear flip-flops.

The policies are very flexible, and everything is open to discussion.

The boss is fairly nice, but is often absent.

The working environment is poor, there are many unreasonable people, and work does not go smoothly.

You often do miscellaneous tasks unrelated to your actual job responsibilities.

The policies are too lax, resulting in no standard work procedures, and things are often left scattered around.
