None—really, absolutely nothing.
1. The five-day workweek described on the job bank website did not match what the female supervisor said during the interview; in reality, overtime is required on holidays.
2. The pay for working overtime on holidays was initially described by HR as the starting salary, which did not match what the female supervisor said during the interview.
3. The company clearly contacted me for the interview, but the female supervisor asked whether I had applied on my own or whether HR had contacted me. When I said HR had contacted me, she gave me an extremely disdainful look and sighed. Perhaps she assumed that because I had previously worked in an office, I could not handle hard work—making a subjective judgment based on my appearance.
4. During the interview, they said they would notify me within a week after the interview. In the end, another supervisor showed me around the workplace. After the tour, the female supervisor returned and said directly, “If I don’t contact you within three days, don’t wait for notification.” After saying that, she quickly walked away. With such a terrible attitude, she should have considered who had contacted whom in the first place.
5. In summary, this is a terrible company that inexplicably wastes job seekers’ time. The compensation and time off did not match the description on 104, and even the job duties described by the HR representative were completely inconsistent with those described by the female supervisor. It felt as though I was interviewing for an entirely different position. The daily working hours are also very long, and overtime is required. In reality, the hourly wage works out to less than 22K. In short, this is not a company worth interviewing with.
