1. The company environment is clean and pretty good. You can wear indoor slippers to work (well, I personally just prefer that).

2. As for the benefits system, there is a year-end bonus paid in three installments, as well as additional performance bonuses. Not every company offers this.

3. Lunch is provided, which saves me some money personally. Pretty good.

Conclusion: Nothing during the interview process made me feel that there was anything wrong. The benefits that should be provided are all there. As for water and air conditioning, I personally had both, unlike some other people's interview experiences (perhaps they have made improvements).

I’ll wait until I’ve worked there for a while before reporting the company’s pros and cons to everyone.

It’s a bit far from my home, but I guess that doesn’t really count as a drawback, haha.
