The company is doing very well.
Infighting is rampant within the company, and there are deep-seated conflicts between departments.
Quite a few people let their personal likes and dislikes affect work, deliberately sabotaging and targeting colleagues they dislike.
There is also serious workplace bullying.
Some managers even favor subordinates who buy them gifts when they travel abroad, blindly helping them suppress colleagues they dislike without distinguishing right from wrong.
There are also senior managers who openly use profanity when they lose their temper.
Cooperation and mutual assistance among colleagues simply do not exist in this company. The accepted way to get ahead is to mercilessly seize every opportunity to step on others and climb the ladder.
The old-timers here will not teach newcomers, deliberately put on airs and dump work on them, and consider it perfectly normal to push all the blame for anything that goes wrong onto the newcomers.
Unless you have already become extremely streetwise, or do not care about workplace relationships, you should not come here lightly.
