I am an intern, and overall the company offers quite a lot of flexibility. There is no particular pressure, and the boss is somewhat well-known in the digital media industry. The brands the company has worked with are all very large, so there are many marketing experiences to gain. During the internship, there is also a learning passport, and the system is clear with good benefits. There is even a free massage every month. If you have just graduated and are interested in digital marketing, this would be a very suitable place to develop your skills. Afterward, when changing jobs, you basically do not need to worry too much about being unable to handle the work.
They care a lot about us, and we can submit feedback every week, but in fact we all like it, so we are somewhat unsure what to write.
