Work environment: Not good, very cluttered.
Benefits: It feels like none of the employees smile; they were constantly losing their temper on the phone.
Time required: Every position requires an exam, and each exam takes more than an hour. Only after completing the exam do you interview with HR.
HR spoke very rudely and impolitely. The position is under an all-inclusive employment system with no overtime pay, and the salary is low. Traditional-industry mindset!!!
Interview advice:
Only consider interviewing if you are very interested in the garment industry; otherwise, it will be difficult to imagine wanting to join. The environment is somewhat cluttered, with things everywhere!
