Colleagues are very united, and the work atmosphere is harmonious.
The benefits are extremely poor—basically, there are no benefits at all. The bonuses are as good as nonexistent; employees who have been there for less than a year do not receive an annual year-end bonus. The company says it will provide performance bonuses, but none are given. If sales staff fail to meet their targets, their base salary will be deducted. For company vehicles used by field staff, employees must bear the costs themselves if the vehicle is damaged in an accident. The company does not provide insurance for field staff. If a company vehicle is flooded in a natural disaster or otherwise damaged, employees must cover the repair costs themselves. Office staff have to take on multiple roles. The company's operating policies are unclear and undecided, and there is absolutely no future here.
During interviews, the company makes grand promises, but after you start working, it becomes demanding in all sorts of ways. A terrible company.
