I heard from a lawyer that what they value most is discipline and etiquette: being punctual and smiling when interacting with others. However, although an interview time had been arranged, they made me wait nearly two hours. Discipline and punctuality seem to be nothing more than words they pay lip service to. The somewhat round woman at the entrance could only put on a sour face, and although she had a cold, she did not wear a mask. She kept coughing without covering her mouth. It was disgusting.
The male lawyer really likes to brag about himself. He even told someone who was about to resign that he had no obligation to teach them, while at the same time telling me that I should be able to transition seamlessly? (Confused black guy meme)
