Pros
Really loves creating the illusion that everyone in the office is one big family
Cons
Just like its name, a minefield.
The company is conservative and changes the work start and end times every now and then. The boss will use all kinds of excuses to fob you off, telling you that policies you propose for the good of the company are bad for his management (for example, worrying that employees might go out and be unsafe).
