Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with. When certain managers are absent, the office atmosphere is harmonious. Benefits include vouchers for meals three times a year, birthday cash gifts, and more.
The managers who came from a certain automobile manufacturer form cliques and behave strangely, making them difficult to get along with. They often do things that are hard to understand, and even berate others and talk about people behind their backs. The office atmosphere is extremely unpleasant when they are around. Worst of all, they currently hold power within the company, so everyone can only be careful to protect themselves.
