The company location is good
1. During my first week, my supervisor said, “You’re doing marketing, right?~” Since it’s a responsibility-based system, some daily tasks aren’t reported as overtime.
2. During my first week, the loud-voiced security guard downstairs asked a more senior colleague who was going to eat with us, “Why are there so many fewer people?”
3. Since the company is engaged in medical promotion, people who aren’t from this field may find it difficult to get into it.
4. The pay is not high.
5. The supervisor keeps changing your projects and often assigns additional work at the last minute, so your workflow is frequently interrupted.
6. If you want to treat it as a learning experience, you can give it a try.
