None at all
The boss is a woman. The exploitative boss is terrifying—whoever comes in ends up working themselves to death. I didn’t come in (so I’m still alive).
During the interview, I already felt that things were very not okay. It’s a very small contract-based company with only one designer.
Isn’t that terrifying? A contract-based company with only one designer.
The first person who interviewed me was a man. He repeatedly reminded me not to think that I only needed to do the work within my own responsibilities, and that everyone had to help one another. Don’t think that your efforts should come with compensation (meaning there’s no overtime pay).
He asked whether I could occasionally stay late in the evening to provide support. I asked what time they usually worked until.
He said, until the work was finished (to death).
I’m seriously grateful.
Later, I interviewed with the female boss, who ultimately asked whether I wanted to become her clerical assistant as well.
I’ll agree once I go insane.
Please, everyone, don’t come~There’s no need to come for an interview either ㄏㄏ
