I am a full-time employee, and I find the repeated negative comments posted below by someone claiming to be an intern somewhat objectionable. If there are employees who keep attacking the company online, friends in the digital media industry should be even more cautious.
So far, I feel that the work is very stable, and the working hours are regular. When overtime is required, it is usually because a client suddenly makes a request, but this does not happen often unless one's work efficiency is poor (I am not referring to anyone in particular). The boss is also very willing to share his professional knowledge. When I first joined, he was willing to spend time guiding me and teaching me the tricks of the trade, such as work-related techniques, while also checking whether I was adapting well to the company and whether I had encountered any difficulties. If you are interested in digital marketing, you can really learn a lot here and also have the opportunity to work with many major clients. I think it is very valuable experience.
Occasionally, when clients make last-minute requests, overtime may be required to complete the work.
