The technology is a little better…
Cons
Personnel who lack a proper work attitude and professionalism
are all exiled to other plants to serve in supervisory positions.
These senior managers gravitate toward one another,
have no plans, dodge responsibility all day, and issue directives recklessly.
They deliberately brainwash newcomers and foster antagonism between them and this plant.
