The environment is pretty good, and with no formal system, taking time off is convenient.
Cons
What the previous commenter said about the company is completely true. Think three times before joining, and also go beat a little effigy first—the company is dominated by petty people, and the general manager (the boss’s wife)’s standard is the standard. WTFFFFFF
