This company still has potential for future development, but it has significant internal shortcomings.

The problem is that this company currently lacks proper planning and standardized SOPs; a trial-and-error approach is played out every day. The managers are overly emotional and unable to distinguish capable talent from those who are not, causing good employees to continue leaving. Most of those who remain are people who simply work for the sake of having a job, with little prospect for growth. Although the company was established only a few years ago, the owner's rigid mindset, combined with managers giving better work and learning opportunities to people they are close to, has caused the company's values to become increasingly misguided. Anyone considering working for this company should think carefully about whether the job is suitable for their own development. If it is not a good fit, I advise against compromising yourself to accommodate such managers or allowing unequal treatment to be imposed on you.
