The workplace has excellent décor and feels very comfortable as soon as you walk in.

Then there is a written test with questions similar to intelligence and logic tests,

followed by interviews with HR and the manager. The conversations were all quite pleasant!

The advice they gave was also very direct and practical, and the whole process went fairly smoothly.
