The interview process was pretty good overall ~ The interviewing supervisor was also very nice ~ The company environment was clean too ~
At the beginning, I was asked to fill out the applicant information form, answer questions about work concepts, and sign a form concerning the Personal Data Protection Act.
There is no need for much explanation regarding the personnel information form; most companies probably require applicants to fill out a similar document. It is much like our résumé.
The work-concept questions were short-answer questions about how to handle various workplace situations. For example: If a product would be delivered late to a customer, how would you personally handle it? Or if a customer had delayed payment for a long time, what would you do? ...and so on. There were not many questions—maybe four or five ~
Actually, there were not really any drawbacks ~ The interview process was pretty good overall, and we even discussed a possible start date. At the end, they gave me some documents and asked me to prepare them and bring them to the company on my first day of work. The documents to bring included :::
An employee information form, a guarantee form (meaning the employee needs to find a guarantor who cannot be a relative), an employment contract, a copy of my ID card, a copy of my household registration certificate, and a copy of my personal bank account information (for salary deposits).
In the end, I declined this offer.
Whether these are drawbacks is for readers to decide. I am writing this purely to share my interview experience for anyone considering applying, as a reference.
