Workplace reviews and discussion: 展奕設計有限公司

As soon as I sat down, I was asked to fill out some information, and then they took my portfolio away. While I was filling out the form, I saw a picture of an owl with instructions beside it saying to refer to the image and draw an animal design. When I asked whether I was supposed to draw a logo, they said it was just an image, not a logo. It really left me unsure what they wanted. After a while, when the interview began, they immediately said, “The things our company makes are completely different from the things you worked on before” (with a very flippant expression). “Can you handle it?” They flipped through my portfolio very casually, without wanting to hear my self-introduction or ideas. When I explained that I was willing to learn, the interviewer looked troubled, as if saying, “The things you worked on before were very simple. We do many different things, and ours are completely different from yours” (giving the impression of being very conceited). When asked why I left my previous job, I answered honestly and explained that I had been there for a long time and wanted to change my work environment. The interviewer then frowned... The interview experience was very unpleasant, and I felt disrespected.
