The boss makes good coffee. I can't think of anything else.
The company boss, who is also the director, has absolutely no understanding of design or spatial concepts.
The designer turnover rate is high; they usually don't stay for more than a year.
It would be bad enough if the boss merely liked to interfere. But having no ability makes them a hindrance to the team. They often get in the way. They think they're very capable, yet have no ability whatsoever.
The company also has surveillance cameras monitoring the office.
If you speak ill of the boss, they will hear it.
The biggest opponent in this company is the boss,
not the client or the competition in the industry.
