The colleagues are all nice and friendly, and there are few employees.
It is a family business, and the father and son have different ideas. The same task has to be done in two different ways to accommodate both of them, because no one can argue with the boss (the father).
A bad habit shared by the family is that they do not like listening to others. They only want to say what they want to say, and they often treat people like idiots. Yet when they should treat people like idiots, they think these things are common sense.
Other than the problems with the family members, everything else is normal.
