1. At the Far Eastern World Center, the transportation is quite convenient—both buses and trains can get you there.

2. The salary starts at NT$35,000, which is quite generous. There are also quarterly bonuses, an annual bonus, and bonuses for the three major holidays. The annual bonus is guaranteed to be equivalent to 14 months of salary, right?

3. The desks are clean, and the equipment is very good—almost everything is new.

4. The supervisors are very nice. Even if you have no experience, they will patiently teach you.

5. Business is very good, so there are an explosively large number of messages to reply to. This job is a good fit for people who enjoy solving customers’ problems.

6. Working hours are 9:00–18:00. You have to finish replying to all messages received before the end of your shift before you can leave.

The interviewers explain everything clearly at the beginning.

You also have to reply to messages on holidays. If you really want clear separation between work and days off, this job is not recommended.

1. From 9:00 to 9:30 p.m. on weekdays, you must be online. Clocking in and out is done through the cloud, and you can only leave work as late as 10:00 p.m.

2. The company has many products. If you do not understand the products, you still have to learn about them while replying to messages after work, usually until after 7:00 p.m.

3. Seeing senior colleagues leave on time should really motivate you to hold on until you can do the same.

4. You also have to reply to messages on holidays. If you go out, you have to take your laptop with you. If you cannot finish handling everything during the holiday, Monday will be very “fun.”

5. The food court downstairs is unbelievably fucking awful, and the food is not even cheap, which makes it even more infuriating.

6. If you want to find something to eat nearby, apart from the awful underground shopping street, your only other option is Far Eastern Department Stores. It is difficult to find reasonably priced meals in the department-store food court.

The surrounding amenities are not very good.

7. Sometimes the shipping staff are very busy. Seeing them work overtime until midnight makes you feel sorry for them.
