The interviewer was very easy to talk to and enthusiastically guided me on a tour of the factory.
The company’s main business is OEM and ODM tent manufacturing, but we mainly discussed the bag brand the owner wants to develop. Apparently, they are currently designing the logo, with Arc’teryx as the primary target.
Apparently, the owner is quite strict but does not interact much with frontline employees, mainly conveying messages through management, secretaries, executive assistants, and the like. If you have a lot of wild ideas, you might be the kind of talent the owner likes.
As a traditional industry, the lifestyle is stable. Apparently, even during the financial crisis, there were no instances of unpaid leave.
As a traditional industry, the salary may not be particularly high.
The office is overwhelmingly female; I only saw one male designer.
