During the interview, everything is made to sound wonderful. Fresh graduates’ eyes will really light up when they see the salary, not realizing that entering the company is the beginning of a nightmare. Certain employees work overtime to the point of tears, while veterans only know how to talk; the company has no comprehensive training system; everyone yells at one another, and people are berated as if they owe you something. There are many cliques among upper management, and overall, the company is extremely unfriendly to newcomers. I recommend not letting the high salary offered during the interview blind you. In short, I suggest that everyone avoid accidentally getting on this pirate ship XD
