This was my first job after graduation, and I joined this company and stayed in the R&D department throughout, but I was forced to change positions many times during that period. The top manager loves to make grand promises, but very few things have actually been fulfilled. Another female manager is very fond of emotional blackmail. She does not use profanity when insulting people, but her words are very hurtful. She once used the term “bar hostess” to describe me because I spent too much time—according to her—negotiating business with a raw material supplier, which she considered unnecessary. She also told me that I could not take leave for family reasons and affect work progress when a family member of mine was hospitalized for surgery.
The company may go public or be listed on an OTC market in the future, but that is merely because certain people want to make a large sum for their retirement. For anyone who still wants to join this company, I recommend not taking the job too seriously; your physical and mental health are what matter most.
