Workplace reviews and discussion: 廿一世紀數位科技有限公司

There is an MRT station nearby, as well as inexpensive self-service buffet restaurants.

This is a company that is constantly busy with pointless work. It operates an e-commerce business through loans, so think carefully before joining. The drawbacks are as follows:

Leaving your workstation for even 5 minutes is considered slacking off.

You are not allowed to eat at work, but this is never stated explicitly—and there is even a snack area. Very contradictory.

The business manager often just talks without taking overall efficiency and benefits into consideration, doing whatever comes to mind.

The boss appears to be approachable, but actually isn't. They say they don't understand, yet frequently interfere.

The company employs the boss's classmates in their 60s as redundant staff. They are unproductive at work and like to sleep, while ordinary employees are simply exploited by comparison. If you want to keep useless people around, please don't place them in important positions.
