No advantages
The company is too small, and the job postings are full of errors. Only after asking about them during the interview did I find out that many things had been falsely stated. They were basically tricking job seekers into attending interviews.
The information said they were developing the Japanese market, but that was also in the past tense. Now even the business volume in the Taiwan market is shrinking. The company produces shipping orders, but they make it sound as if the company has made some enormous contribution. The printing technicians used to often work overtime until 4 a.m.; now they work until midnight.
The company clearly starts work at 8:30 a.m., but the boss wants everyone to leave at 6 p.m. However, everyone works until 7 p.m. I don't know whether this is to create the false impression of good performance through hard work.
The salary is only NT$30,000, which is extremely low. If you don't ask for a raise, they really won't increase it. The key point is that there is no salary adjustment system, so they cannot retain employees.
The year-end bonus of 3–10 months is also a lie. At most, there is a range of three to six months—but who can actually receive it?
A company with far too high an opinion of itself... Don't even consider it unless you have no choice.
A sunset industry. Don't expect it to treat its employees well....
