Pros
The company provides meals, and overtime pay is provided, so you can save money.
After one year, there are good bonuses for the three major holidays, plus a $3,600 birthday cash gift.
Cons
After all, it’s the service industry, and Michelin’s standards are high. As long as you’re not working at the same restaurant as the boss, it’s a great place to work.
There are no employee trips.
