Pros
No clocking in or out required
The boss is nice and gives employees the freedom to do their work, while providing objective criticism
Cons
Although the boss says that clocking in and out is not required
there is a senior employee in the office who monitors the time clock at all times, reports the office situation to the boss constantly and tirelessly, and makes it feel like elementary school. They even keep track of infractions.
There are not many people in the office, yet there are still cliques, which is speechless
