1. Punctual working hours
2. There is a fitness subsidy so you won’t turn into a couch potato
3. Lots of snacks, but they’re repetitive—if you don’t mind, you can keep eating them without worrying about getting tired of them
4. A monthly meal allowance of around 3,000 (under normal circumstances, excluding some unusual exceptions)
5. You have time to further develop your professional skills
6. They don’t seem to fire people very often? XDD
1. I’ve heard that the parachuted-in HR manager and the previous general manager had poor reputations in the industry, and they don’t honor signed contracts for overseas assignments
2. All of the senior management are Chinese, but these people disappear after a while. Are they here sightseeing?
3. Chinese employees make up more than one-third of the workforce, and they also disappear after a while, only to show up again. Are they still here sightseeing?
4. Communication is unclear, decisions are poor, and there are no clear company policies or schedules. They don’t respond when asked, and often answer questions irrelevantly
5. Senior management specifically targets and attacks the employees in charge, without reflecting on whether they themselves are incapable or derelict in their duties.
5. Employees who neglect their duties are not disciplined, allowing malicious employees to spread all kinds of inappropriate rumors around the company, driving a wedge between senior management and rank-and-file staff
6. The culture of flattery and sycophancy in the workplace is becoming increasingly prevalent, but senior management seems to care only about that
That should be about it. However, the large-scale hiring campaign to whitewash the company’s image over this period should gradually erase this company’s sordid history. Maybe holding a few more sports-car-and-beautiful-women parties at the end of the year will be enough to put it on a pedestal (lol~)
